Hi, I'm using unity 2017.3 free edition (not commercial edition) with c# scripting. I've developed some small applications using vuforia AR with Image targets but using the developer license (free license). so if this suitable I think I can perform the required work. thanks

i already made some unity3d project, just nothing shipped yet, but i am able to deliver this. I got a bachelors degree in computer science and access to the univerities ressources.
