 To save money on the development, following Radicalstart script will be bought as the base. Need to add/modify features in current script. I indeed have a limited capital, but quality and design comes first. Kindly do not exaggerate with the price/working hours like most freelancers do. TASKS: WEBSITE and iOS and ANDROID APPS CHANGES: 1 - Add paid amenities in each listing (web & apps) 2 - Select account type (business or individual) and add different fields in accordance to account type - under Account menu in payout preference (web & apps) 3 – Add additional criteria filters in the search page (web & apps) 4 - Add the iframe tag in the listing page (web only) 5 - Add calendar page linking all listening bookings status into one calendar (web & apps) 6 – Revamp design in homepage, search page and listing page (web only) BACK-END ADMIN CHANGES: 7 - Ability for admin to approval listing (Pending and Resubmit status) 8 - Add a Cron job, which will check every minute for any changes, and if there is a change, it will be applied to the booking availability PREREQUISITES FOR THIS PROJECT: - Fixed rate budget (quote separately for each Task) - 100% accurate budget (carefully review all development process of each task) - Weekly report about the project development, and I have to follow-up every second day - Money will be release after successful and completion of each Task (several milestones - test, check bugs and review) - Sign NDA and agreement contract. - I will also like to see some best portfolio powered by you.
