I am looking for an iOS app similar to the workflow explained.. app automatically takes a pic in 10-15 secs(backward counting timer).. user accepts or retakes pic.. once accepted user can add stickers (stickers and background images from image gallery we as admin can add in the app) , customize or add text.. user emails final image (post card or static image) to his/her email address. Advantage - if user can make animated gifs. PM me if you have doubts or suggestions.

Proposed Milestones $125 USD - Milestone 1 (escrowed to Freelancer on start) $125 USD - Milestone 2 on completion - once released Source code is provided 1) I understand your requirements, I just wanted to check that you would be providing the UI designs for the app - have you prepared a a wireframe so I can see the views of the app, the budget is quite low and wanted to see that the text adding feature will be basic for this price. 2) I can make GIFs although it is unclear what would animate at this point. Will your designs have frames that we can animate? 3) You requested that admin would be able to update the images in the app. Do you mean easily dropped into the project or to connect from a server? If it is a server it would be great to know details about that. Thank you, EM

We have done various photo/image apps, including features like instagram. Unfortunately, we don't make animated gifs, but we could do some quick r&d to find a library to help with that for iOS, if you award us the project.
