Push Notification in android through firebase

It's a social media just like Instagram ( the only difference is we are also uploading location and timestamp of the post), We need push notification functionality which must be triggered to another end when a user upload content from one end. 1. Push Notifications must be topic specific. 2. Push notification must have a name, image, URL, location and time of post. 3. Push notification must have app icon and must open the app when clicked 4. The code should be as robust as possible.
