This is a app where we intend to put all laws from Mozambique to make the research and reading easy. This project went through interface user testing giving us the results needed to improve the design and as result increase the chances of success. So without further delay we would like your best quote, based on a win win situation, for the development of this APP based on the follow requirements and functionalities: 1. We need both Mobile only and Web based quotes - user side 2. We need quotes for IOS and Android mobile APP - user side 3. We need a web based desktop only administration system - admin side 4. We would like a quote with and without the basic HTML and CSS code 5. Any of the quotes will be without any visual design services of the user side APP. Exception for the design of the administration system that I assume you have already templates for.
