Responsibilities: - To lead the planning and implementation of software projects. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope. - Facilitate the definition of project scope, tasks, resource requirements and goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation. - Coordinate internal and external resources. - Assemble, provide direction and support project team. - Manage project budget and resource allocation. - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. - Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs. - Manage the relationship with all stakeholders. - Conduct project evaluation and assessment of results.
