Personal Health Record Build a mobile (iOS and Android) and web application with the goal of easy patient-based medical record management. The important data to be managed within the PHR application: -Personal data (name, address, DOB, etc) -Medication (easy to select and document actual and historical medication) -Medical documents and Medical history (date stamped documents and diagnosis, including ICD10 selections) -Medical monitoring: Biological params (BP, HR, W, activity tracker), symptoms checklists (eg: chest pain, shortness of breath, etc), Lab results (eg: Hb, Chol, LDL-Chol, etc) -Medical appointments and agenda -Medical education content (to be provided by GP’s or specialists) -Medical messaging/chat (for communicating with family members/GPs/specialsits) The user should be allowed to share his own medical record with 2 types of people: -his own circle of care helpers (family members) -his own group of care providers (GP, specialists) The application should provide 2 user interfaces: -Patient interface: mobile and web -Care provider interface: mobile and web Further details and app specs will be provided once a partner has been selected. As this application requires a good knowledge of the medical workflows, terminology and regulations we kindly ask to reply to this project ONLY in case you have previously developed medical applications. Please provide in your answer a proof of this work. We will not be able to respond to applications that do not meet this criteria.
