New Menu Program

I have application with over 1600 restaurants on it in Arabic and English , most of this Restaurants as you know are changeable in there menu by canceled meals or added meals or change prices and others. I have my own standard PSD format and I want it to be the basis for the standard menu entries. Requirements : - The program should be is Arabic and English and accepts entries in both languages. - We can add full menu with the meal pic and description and price . - We can modify any current meal inside the menu . - We can delete or add a product to any current menu . - We can modify the prices and description for any menus , whether to delete or modify. - it accept the multi entries . - its accept edit or delete while i enter the info . - We can recover the admin any time if its hacked . - We can change the password and give temporary signatures to people who work in the program. - There is technical support for at least 14 days. - You upload it to your private server after it is completed and after I test it and agree to it then you uploaded again to my private server , then I test it for more 3 days for finial step . - the menu image should come as jpg format only after we upload the data on it . - I can save at least 1600 menu on the program after it with more than 10000 picture on the program data when it finished easily and also I can edit or delete any of them on any time .
