Need a Tenserflow Developer Body tracking for fun Animation app

I need an Expert with experience in computer vision and machine learning. I'm trying to improve the realtime motion capture that I use for my mobile app. Need to track a person's body (hands, head, ideally a lot of bodyparts) in real time, reliably. Needs to work with simple RGB camera. Needs to work on iOS and ideally cross platform, like android and even google chrome, but iOS is top priority. Needs to be in Unity. This would be a great solution, tracks the whole body and even multiple people, but the performance isn't as good as I want. Are you a Guru who can take this and improve on it?? Or maybe you know another solution? If you think you can do this, and do it fast, TALK TO ME! THANKS!!
