Mobile development

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. Hello! My name is Scotty Washington I’m 29 years of age from the great city of San Francisco. I’m currently a city and county employee of San Francisco. I work as a Cement Mason. I’ve been in this trade since 2008. I’ve put in hard work made it passed my apprenticeship and now I’ve been a journeyman for 4 years. I graduated from Mission high school in 2006. I have 2 kids ages 7 & 2. One day while browsing the internet a brilliant idea came to me for a social media app. And while listening to the radio 5 songs played back to back and all of them had the phrase “Lit” or “Litty” in it. This is how I came about the name for this app project that will be called “Litty”. Since I have know knowledge in the tech field I need some help making my dreams a reality on this project. I have a mental visual how I won’t it done I just need your help at putting the pieces to the puzzle together. I need somebody that is committed and local. Someone that can bring my idea to life.
