Mobile and desktop inventory app

Am looking to have an app written that will count and manage inventory for small businesses. Specifically, I want businesses to be able to create qr codes for their items, and use those codes (scanned) to add or remove content from a master list. This app should also have the ability to add upcoming inventory needs so as to have a top level view of what and when inventory needs to be added. This app needs to work in iOs to start, but would like a phase two that will add android. Would like it to be able to drop either into an excel file, or will take other suggestions. I am a small manufacturer of frozen dessert. We make 20 + flavors of Italian Ice and are working on growing our business.
