Looking for a simple mobile application

Dear All, Please read entire project description along with attachment and then bid. I am looking for a mobile application which runs on all platforms like android, iPhone, iPad etc. Below is the business model for brief. The app is basically for car rentals and tour packages. There will be 2 modules 1 ) For customers (who are looking for cars/tour packages for rent and 2) for business owners (say car owners looking for customers to rent car) so the app will work like a bridge between customers and the business owners Customers will submit their requirement (like cab requirements or tour requirements etc) and we will update them in database. we will sell it to business owners for free or for some amount. For Customers Module: 1) login/sign up page required (minimal sign up fields like First name, last name, phone number verification required, and email id as non mandatory field). 2) Profile page updation or modification 3) A form to submit their requirements of Cab (fields should be First Name, Last Name, Phone number, City, email id, Type of car looking for, No. of Days, Cab required for the date, purpose, and a text field to submit any additional text if he required and a submit button to update them into database. For Business owners Module: 1) login/sign up page required (minimal sign up fields like First name, last name, phone number verification required, City, and email id as non mandatory field). 2) Vehicle Registration form (Fields should be Vehicle type, within city price, outstation per KM with AC, Outstation per KM without AC, Driver Charges, 3) A page or a link which will direct to see all the queries posted by the customers within the same city where Business Owner resides. Contact number and email id of the customer to be visible to Buyer only when he logs in to our app. Once the Customer or Business owner login then it should be logged in (eventhough the app closed and opened any number of times) till any days until they logout. Need an admin panel/login where I can customize the field names, add or delete fields to the forms and content/text of the app If you read entire description, start your bid description with (R), otherwise your bid will be rejected. This is the very basic level of app or basic requirements for me. Once it go live I have many things to do with this and more customization needs to done. So the winner of this contest will be selected for all the customization and can be paid accordingly. Also i need help on uploading this into google store ( i don't have developer login, need to create one with your guidance). Admob integration should be done for the app. Find attached file with screens i am looking for. This might change a little but almost fixed. I need this to be completed as early as possible.
