Hybrid Mobile App development

Looking for someone to develop the hybrid mobile app that should work on all platforms (Android, IOS and Windows). Person should be good in development of mobile app using visual studio 2015 as this provides the functionality to create hybrid app which will work on all platforms. I want you to create a simple app not a complex one as per my [login to view URL] requirement is too create car and bike pool app. It should be simple to navigate and navigation services from google should also be included in that. Rest of the details will be shared after awarding the [login to view URL] app should be usable easily on all devices. I would also be requiring your help in publishing the app in different platforms like playstore, store etc. Rest of the details will be shared when project will be awarded. I have tight timelines.
