Help in cordova bug fixing

I am using two plugins cordova-plugin-fcm and cordova-plugin-mauron85-background-geolocation and both plugins use google-service. FCM plugin is using old version of google-service and cordova-plugin-mauron85-background-geolocation using latest. When I am running cordova build android then its giving me error "Error:Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugGoogleServices'. Please fix the version conflict either by updating the version of the google-services plugin (information about the latest version is available at [login to view URL]) or updating the version of [login to view URL] to 9.0.0." I checked stakoverflow and other platforms and so many developers are facing same issue and find some solution as well but not able to resolve issue. If any one can help here. I am uploading my [login to view URL] file if anyone want to try before I assign them project. I will pay INR 2500 flat. 1250 for android and 1250 for iOS. Developer who can start immediate can apply.
