Create an Android mobile application wrapper for NotifyPrice

I run a site called NotifyPrice ... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The website is somewhat responsive already, but our focus has been for desktop. We have been asked if an Android application existed, mostly because users would like to manage their "watch lists" on-the-go. They would also like to receive notifications through the application instead of through email. Finally, we would like to be able to "share" from other applications (like Amazon) to NotifyPrice and similarly launch applications (like the Amazon app) by clicking a product on the NotifyPrice application. The preference would be making a push-notification-enabled native application wrapper for the existing website. My understanding is that this is the most economical way to get on their device and in the Google Play store and to get the benefit of push notifications while allowing us to maintain the website and force us to improve the responsive design. Unless you can make a great case for an application that reworks the UI and consumes web services (some of which have already been built) I think that is the direction we would like to go. The main landing page is where users would typically enter a URL of a product that they want to get price notifications about. They would also enter their email at this point but I imagine if we detect that it is the mobile application we could use some GUID that is specific to the device or application instance instead of email address (whatever is needed to send out push notifications). We want other applications (like the Amazon application) to have our application on the registered list of "send to" apps so that they can, for example, click "share" on a product within the Amazon app and see NotifyPrice app in addition to "copy to clipboard" "gmail" etc. We also have deal pages, status pages, contact pages, product SEO pages... all of which should just render responsively already but we would tweak them as issues arise (our developers). If you use a cross-platform development that would knock out iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Phone in one pass I can definitely justify getting you more cash. Preference for developers that have demonstrated the whole process from concept to deployment including processes to get on the Google Play store (and an interim APK for people to download directly from our site) Apple store, Microsoft store.
