Bulk SMS Android App

App Objective: The app's main function is to be able to send bulk SMS from my carrier number to a list of contacts. Requirements: 1. Contacts Management: a) the app must give me the functionality to upload a .csv or excel spreadsheet with contacts. Required fields (Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, Date of birth) b) Contacts could be manually added c) Uploaded contacts could be added to an Existing or New List d) Lists could be renamed, duplicated, edited, deleted and exported back to a .csv file. e) Contacts could be edited, deleted, assigned to another list. f) Duplicate Contacts cannot exist within the same list, but could belong to multiple lists (like a tag system) 2. SMS / MMS sending functionality: a) SMS or MMS will always be sent one by one to individual recipients, with the option to control timing between each SMS (manually input in miliseconds) b) A SHORTCODE will be used to call info from database. Example: "Hi [name] [last] thank you for being an excellent costumer, your home at [address] is in good hands. c) To comply with US federal regulations I need a listening option in the app, when someone replies STOP, the contact associated to the number will be moved to a Recycle Bin (to be reviewed and manually deleted later) and blacklisted from any future campaign. d) Scheduling functionality is a must, I need to have the option to create a SMS campaign in advance and schedule the task for a near future. e) Birthday automatic message (with options to control at what time of the day and edit the text) f) Campaigns could be Paused, Resumed and Stopped anytime. 3. Reporting system: Real Time display of campaigns, with percentage of completion and sent/remaining count.
