Hello Sir, We can develop using ionic framework for the Android Platform. Also, the push notification and geo tracking system can be easily implemented in that. The purpose of making an app in Ionic is in future whenever you need to upload app to App store it can be easily done. You don;t need to spend extra money for the iOS version as Ionic application runs on both Platform. Could you please share the design of the screens?
