Android App-Spring Boot

I am looking for a Android developer who can build a mobile app using Spring Boot Framework. Backend of app will be MySQL hosted on AWS and i want to use AWS services like Cognito (Authentication), SNS (Push & SMS Notification), Mobile SDK for Clickstream analysis etc. My APPs core functionalities are: 1. Signup & login using identity federation. 2. Add/update/delete product for listing. 3. Categories 4. Third party API integration for product listing. 5. Product list and search on the basis of geolocation. 6. User level wallet management for earn, share & consume points. 6. Cart Management 7. API level integration with 3rd party shipping service 8. User Rating/Feedback 9. Payment gateway integration to purchase points in Wallet. 10. App level calculation to earn & consume points. 11. Web level admin panel to control the activities from backend. I am find with picking up some readymade templates and code snippets to reduce the development effort. Timelines are very critical hence i need someone who can deliver the work at extremely fast pace without compromising with quality.
