1. I want web view 2. I want to send a message to my users who have installed the app [If possible i dont want to use push notification as it only has a limit of 40 now] Note - Once i send a message [possibly from a php,mysql page], the message goes to all users even if the app is not open, like whats app That message will be saved in local and users can anytime read them. Thats all.
