profissional iOS developer needed - repost

We are looking for a Professional team in iOS and Design to develop an application for iPhone and iPad. The application will be for a blog using Wordpress. The application will a professional app and unique and it will has many features. Please DO NOT send me (copy past) massage as I promise you I will ignore you, I'm very serious about the quality of the application you will develop, The app must meet the standars we are looking for (Don't worry we know the limits of development). All the codes will be a copyright own by us. You also must support futures updates to add or fix bugs. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: I have the right to cancel the hole project completely if you failed to deliver what required or the devliered work's quality is not 100% satisfied. I will only pay when all the project is 100% completed, if the project has been cancel 0% will be paid to you. If you missed the deadline the project will be cancel and 0% will be paid to you, or the price will be dropped. This project isn't for any developer or designer, as we are looking for professionalism! The details of the application : 1- The application must cache the content when the application is not connected to internet. 2- The application must have an achievements (like games do) for example if the user share a post it would open for him achievement and award him points. 3- The Application Must has a categories related to the blog. User will be able to select the category he/she wants to get notified about. 4- Provide a list of features apps and games for iOS (for iPhone and iPad) 5- Must has a nice banner on the top of the application. this banner is not always displayed, it only show when there is a breaking news. 6- Must has a complete notifications system that sends notification when an article is posted, also the system must has an interface for admin and the system must display all the devices that installed the application as well as the devices that deleted the application, and the system must also sends a custom massage as notification, the service we going to use is Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS). 7- The application must be smooth and fast when opening. 8- Registration feature via Wordpress. 9- Favourite features that connected to a database. 10- The design of the application should be nice, cool and easy to use and the most thing is must be unique. 11- Easy to subscribe on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, The application must take the advantage of the Twitter and Facebook inside the iOS, the user will be able to follow on twitter without the need to open a browser page it must takes the details of the user from his iOS device directly that also apply for Facebook. 12- Ability to change the size of fonts in articles. (if possible) 13- The application must has a unique sounds effects for ( refreshing page, submit comment, buttons click etc), User will be able to disable this feature. 14- The user will be able to remove ads from the application using in-app purchase for a year, and display a countdown for the year. (security must apply for this feature and deny illegal in-app purchase. 15- The search result should support Google result and search of the blog.
