iphone,android app

I'm seeking for a developer to make mobile app for Iphone,Blackberry,android platform. This is a 3 steps job [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in [login to view URL] APP. The idea is to have a internet browser app to download any file as a download manager and be capable to open another tab to do so. Be able to RESUME the download automatically in case the mobile ran out of battery or something else happen so when you turn your mobile back on and open the app you can resume instead of restart from the begining the download. A queue list to download. act like a media player, like the free vlc app. ( by the way the vlc is a free open source so you can get the source to make it easier for you). The media player needs to keep playing even if they close the app and stop only when they press the stop button. *Needs to have a fullscreen mode and be able to go back to the regular screen as well. rotate mode, if the consumer move the mobile vertical/horizontal the picture/mov/video needs to rotate as well. this is an example of a similar app but far less features and options than what I'm asking for my app. [login to view URL] 2.Website. the website needs to have mobile and regular version. The website I need is simple and i'm planning to use it for adsense revenue like PPC/CPM ads etc... I want this website to be able to download and convert music videos to (.mp3, .mp4,divx, etc) from youtube and youtube's like websites. this is an example of the website I need, not exactly the same but most likely: [login to view URL] It needs to convert the the video to any video or audio file. In the mean time the file is being converted and uploading and ad will be showing (only on the regular version NOT on the mobile version)I think It would be annoying. The mobile version will show the ads on the sides/bottom or top of like the regular version but no ads when uploading/converting/downloading the file. [login to view URL] PLUG IN This plug-in is for the app like an ad-on from mozilla. Needs to give the browser the option to open to download the youtube video on a different tab on my website. Let's say I'm browsing youtube with my app on my Iphone and I just found the new 50 cent video and I want to download it. with the plug-in I have the option that is says "open on" or "download with" or "Convert with" MYWEBSITE. when they press the option, a new tab open with no need to put the link manually. and the download starts automatically as well. So far the upgrade version will have the media player to play in full screen and rotate,and queque list to download In ITUNES STORE. The the plug in will be sold separately on my site since there's no way the apple store will allow me to sell this plug-in and that's why he Plug-in upgrade will be able ONLY on MY app Website,in a way that you won't need ITUNES to do the second upgrade, so as soon as they pay for the upgrade the app will start the plug-in installation.
