iOS App Developer and Graphic Designer (iPad + iPhone)

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a fun, feature‐rich, intelligently designed mobile app that will work on all platforms of iOS. I almost want a very similar iPhone and iPad application of “would you choose” (WYC). The design is impeccable with retina displays and it’s exactly what kind of app I’m looking for. It’s a “would you rather” app that allows you to vote, submit and view statistics for each question. I want very similar features - if not the same + more. Allow users to submit questions, add questions to their fav, and of course have the ability to share the questions on the popular social media site - facebook, twitter etc.. Maybe have the ability to invite friends on facebook and have an option to see the “results” on how they voted. (maybe an option to purchase credits that allows users to see their friends voting statistics). I’d also like the app to sync questions straight from my site as they are added daily. Users should be blue to play offline as well as online when they are syncing questions. Design and layout is key. The graphics must be stunning. I honestly need you to become familiar with the WYC app on the iPhone to make sure you know exactly what I'm looking for. Is there anyway you can download the app and test it out? I can reimburse you for the paid version of “would you choose”. App response time is also extremely important. Ill need advertising ads for the free version and of course a paid version. Not only am I looking for a, experienced iOS designer/programmer, I’m looking for someone who is extremely responsive, and provides input and who can make suggestions to better the “would you rather” application.
