Social Media Selling app, Like ebay, depop,quikr, poshmark + i would like to have admob added to the app for iphone and android phone

I want this to be a selling app, like ebay, depop,quikr, poshmark, fab, wish and vinted, and gamestop power up rewards app. I would also like to have admob added to the app Please give me your total cost or a close estimate. I also need it to be for iphone and android devices. This will be a fresh start brand new app. I have no hosting or any wire-frames or anything like that yet. I want users to be able to login using, email facebook twitter or google plus or instagram. I want to charge the users a $50 free per month like a membership to use the app. 3. I want the users to be able to refer there friends like give them a special code like tapbooty app does. 4. I want the users to be able to share there item on facebook, twitter, instagram, or by email or text, 5. This is a major must, the app when created must look Rich And well put together, no crappy like app, a really nice fancy easy to use app. 6. i would like to have it for both apple and android devices, 7. i want people to be able to follow each other on the app and they get to see who is following them. 8. people get to see what top 20 items are trending on the app, [login to view URL] get to heart or favorite there favorite items. 10. people be able to use paypal, payza, [login to view URL] google check out, as there payment gateway to accept payments by. 11. i want to be able to block users from my end as the admin, make changes things like that 12. i want there to be a map feature so if the user choose they can put there location in so people can see who is selling where and if it is close to them, kinda like how craigslist goes it and gamestop does it There are about 14 other simple features i want added to the app, i'll tell you more about it when we talk.
