Improve Video Stream and Download App

Hello, I have a video stream and download app which is let you to view the video from our server and stream them through the app also it will let you to download this video in your mobile. I want a developer to add the new design i have to the app also improve app functionality and the backend. This app will look like youtube app overall So basically you will do this: 1) Add the new design we have to the app also improve it if needed. 2) Fix Sign up functionality. 3) Add button to delete category/episode at the backend. 4) Provide an option at the backend to arrange the category/episode manually so this arrange will display the same in the app. 5) Make sure comment system work very good. 6) Library screen will display the episode downloading by the app only here also the user can create/delete category/episode movie episode/category from one category to another sort episode/category base on it name also rename the episode/category. 7) Improve overall app functionality especially the category and episode loads faster then what we have now. 8) After we finish the project we will translate it to Arabic.
