iPhone social network app

I am a Graphic Designer. I came to Freelancer.com to find a programer to program an iphone app my friend and I are developing. I have designed the entire app out and we know what it needs to do and how it functions. It's all ready to go (just a few more tweaks) I have all the files for the chosen developer. Because of the sensitivity of the nature of the project, I will describe it as vaguely as possible to protect the intellectual rights to it and the idea. The person(s) we pick will know more about it after selected. Basically, the app will be kind of a "Social Network type of application". The functionality will be similar to "Twitter", but still remains unique in it's own way. There will be an open feed of constant updates from users of the app. This is the main function of the app (similar to twitter). There will be post made regularly by users. Other users who are in that area will get these "alerts" constantly. The targets of each "live post" is subject to the area the user is in defined by other users in that similar radius (if that doesn't make sense basically when someone makes a post people who have the app near by will be alerted). It's specifically design to be for people in the "vicinity". We also want to incorporate a map with possible GPS points. There is a few more basic things too, (photos, videos), but more on that when we pick the person(s). As I said I am not a programmer, but I am a graphic designer. I know how I want it to function and how to market it. The right person we pick could potentially have more work in the future. What we need: A experienced Developer that has experience uploading and creating apps to the apple store. MUST have experience and show past works. MUST sign a non disclosure-contract MUST follow the designs we provide MUST be Negotiable with the budget MUST have a 8-10 week window of updates for bugs, etc after completion I'm looking at a 2K budget.
