Build a Microsoft ACCESS database

I am the owner of a small company in Bosnia and Hercegovina and am selling articles for martial arts, mostly connected to Judo, BJJ and Karate, via the internet. Our products are produced in overseas, shipped to the headquarter (HQ) in Germany (EU) and from there they are transported via DHL or other service companies to us in Bosnia Hercegowina (not-EU-member). I need a database, based on Microsoft ACCESS, to be able to have control about all specific costs and shipments from our stock house in Germany (based on invoices from the headquarter), sent to our dependence in Bosnia and Hercegowina. For being able to create reports for customs and tax administration, the database must also include tables/queries/forms/reports to enable the user to have an overview about the inventory and to follow sold articles/shipped articles (based on buyers invoices) . I have prepared tables with exemplary content, neither the number of tables nor the content nor titles are obligatory. Please keep in mind the different currencies, EU is in EURO, Bosnia and Hercegovina is BAM or KM (1 EUR is about 1,96 KM). Tables: - tbl_article Article (all articles available) - tbl_import Import (specific dates for all imports of goods, transport companies, cargo clearance) - tbl_invoice_HQ_goods Invoice HQ (headquarter) about shipped articles - tbl_invoice_HQ_transport Invoice HQ (headquater) about transport fees - tbl_invoice_cargo Invoice about cargo fees - tbl_invoice_sale Invoice about sold goods (dependence in BiH)
