Hi, I am an experienced programmer and application developer in Matlab. I also am an avid movie watcher and user of Netflix. I can build you a recommendation application that will rate movies for the user. The application will include a GUI for the user to select a movie, rate a movie and receive recommendations. The program will be driven by a reccommenfation algorithm and utilize a DB of users, movies and ratings. In addition to the application and commented code I will include a summary of the algorithm and instructions for using the applucation. The work can be completed within 10-14 days.. My fee for the project will be €250.00, which can be paid in two installments: €125 initial and €125 final. I am able to get started immediately and hope to be able to work with you on this project.
