I am a Technical/Corporate Recruiter and Digital Entrepreneur. I am looking for a true assistant to be my right hand. I recently launched my own Recruitment firm and currently manage a couple of clients. I also have a couple of other digital businesses that I have put in the back burner but looking to get up and running again. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to move into any role.. sky’s the limit. We are a start-up so we don’t have big company funds just yet, please keep that in mind.. Duties - Will include everything from morning calls to touch basis, schedule management, email management, project management, client management (you will have daily interaction with clients). Appointment management, Web Research, Marketing Material Creation, Create Power Points for client meeting, Add info to Databases, Create budgets and Invoice Management etc..
Personal Assistant Tasks - Scheduling Dr. Appiointments, Booking Travel, Web Research, etc..
