Managing mass newsletter – customized – website integration

You will find full details in my attached file. PROJECT OVERVIEW: My customers are professionals in a particular industry. They subscribe to my newsletter and I create a monthly newsletter that is industry specific. Currently, I am doing these individually one by one so even though the content is the same for each customer I must brand each newsletter with their individual contact information. I'm looking at increasing my customer base significantly during the first quarter of 2018 and need an automated way to get those customizations done and each newsletter emailed out. They in turn blast it to their own contact lists. PROJECT SUMMARY: Okay, that's about it. This is a one time assignment but I may be developing new products soon that I'll need additional help with. Obviously I have put a budget of $5 so that I can get more objective bids from freelancers. I know that MS Word already has ability to use field customization as I have described and I could likely figure this out but not sure how to integrate with my Excel spreadsheet that has the list of recipients and their contact info. I have some web development skills and, again, I could likely figure all of this out and will if too cost prohibitive to hire someone like you.
