Dear Candidate, We are offering PAN India Project. Here is the terms and conditions for the Business Developer. 1. To begin you will have to develop clients for recruitment services, can create client utilizing Google search, social media. OR even if you are failing to do so then we will provide you database and then you are supposed to call them and convert into business. 2. Whichever clients you have made, on the positions closing you will be paid 40% of invoices generated from that particular clients. That means your income will be based on your work the more clients and closing- more will be your income. (It means if you generated business of 50 Thousand then your income will be 20 Thousand and if it is around 1 Lakhs then your income will be 40 Thousand we will consider 40% on actual revenue generated by you from the client or deduction of tax as per company) 3. Client's positions will be closed by our team of recruiters on time to time basis to close their requirements. Your payment will be released when we receive payment from the client 4. You will be given Rs. 100/- for every business generated as Phone Bill +Internet Bill charges. 5. You are expected to work at least 3-4 hours daily or more than that.
