GENERAL DESCRIPTION Seeking outbound appointment setter to assist with marketing efforts. Duties involve making outbound calls to various businesses to schedule in-person appointments for Sales Account Representative. All leads are provided in advance. Specifically, below is a list of businesses you will be calling on. - Warehousing / distribution facilities - Hospitals and surgery centers - High-end Hospitality (hotels) - High-end / luxury apartment communities TIME REQUIREMENT - 4-5 hours maximum per week EXPERIENCE / EXPECTATION REQUIREMENTS - CRM data entry (hubspot or similar) - Previous appointment setting experience with proven track record - Ability to provide daily updates of # of dials, # of contacted prospects and # of appointments set - Minimum of 100 calls per week - Setting appointments in calendar according to schedule provided OTHER REQUIRMENTS - “Thick skin" - Able to handle objections from gatekeepers - Maintain positive and professional demeanor - Persistent

Is there a particular reason why you've limited the hours to 4-5 per week? My only concern is the number of calls you require within that time frame. I can speed things up by automating some soaking, but if connections are really good, and therefore the calls are longer, it may be difficult to achieve that target of calls.
