i need a miniature rotating device that is a size of a marker pen. the tip of the rotation has to have a replacable felt where i could stick felt adhesive stuff (disposable) that acts like a miniature sander with 5 various speed. this device has chord that can be operated through usb with 9V. So the motor capacity can operate a 9V charge.
