For a new Limited in the United Kingdom I search a nominee director. The Ltd. is only used for imprints and websites not realy active doing business. You will get from me a fiduciary contract. So you have no risk and I am also safe. You only must provide a copy of your passport and perhaps a utility bill of your residence. So I can register the firm. The price you offer is for one year / firm. Your private address will not be published in company register. Only 3 things to sign.
