With 30+ years of Mac OS and Mac OS X development under the belt with a lot of those years has been writing different kind of database client solutions. From the specifications it looks like a database, it does not however reveal if it's single or multiuser, so I assume a single user solution. Application will be a native OS X application written in Swift, and not some web-application.
