AppleScript: Folder Action for semi-automatic renaming

I need a small applescript (folder action). This script should watch a folder for new files (photos). When a new file was added, a dialog window should be displayed: "Please enter article no?". The entered text should be now a part of the new filename "[login to view URL]" (the script does renaming the added file). The entered "article no" should be saved anywhere (property file?) and re-used at next time as pre-entered defaulttext for the dialog prompt. The sequence no should incremented from file to file, and with a button resetted to zero. I need the script with source code.
