Hi! Considering the size of your database, I suggest making a recommender based on nearest neighbor search. This involve training a neural net to classify documents, then use it to extract encoding for each document. The encoding is represented as float arrays, and is used to cluster the dataset. This approach is only applicable to small dataset (around 1m to 2m documents). If you want this app scalable, we might have to think about another approach.
