THE EQUESTRIAN - logo required urgently

I require someone to design a logo for a new e-magazine called "The Equestrian". Targeted at a global equestrian (horses) market, it needs to be a professional logo in a variety of formats. Unfortunately I do not have the time to do this aspect myself, although I do design. I require The winning bidder will be required to present a minimum of 3 concepts (design choices) from which I will hopefully chose one (assuming the quality is as required) It must be a unique custom design - NO clipart used ever! The logo must be custom as we may wish to have it trademarked at a later date. Ready for Web and Off-line Print as well as Vector file format are required. That is I want it in TIF (300 dpi high resolution), JPG (3 sizes = Normal, Medium and Smal), JPG ((Grayscale - 300dpi), PSD (transparent background), EPS (fully editable master file), AI (CMYK Color), GIF and PNG. I should be able to Place my logo design on my website, on myletterhead, on my office wall, in advertisements, on flyers, on bumper stickers, on delivery vans, on lunch boxes...even on the side of The Empire State Building if I so wish. If I can't the logo the logo will be turned down and the deal will be off. If you are not up to designing a professional logo do not bid, as turning down poor designs often offends.
