Secure Hosting Configuration

Hello all ... i have a website which works already with no issue , its hosted through VPS Linux , i need someone who is trusted & expert with high reputation reviews to configure this hosting and secure the emails with SSL certificate for both pop & smtp protocols . additionally , i need to prevent any access to my server through linux such as sudo access , ssh , root , etc .. beside that i want to keep only the regular http logins , more over , i want to prevent spam emails coming into my inbox with the option of allowing users to check the spam folder in case it detect any important emails as spam . i want to secure all connections to my hosting services and prevent spoofing , sniffing , cloning , DNS attacks . additionally , i want to mount all the hosting hard disks into single one to control the space , beside configuring the notifications , Reporting & alerts to send emails into site administrator for keeping eye in the host to prevent any failure or security approach . finally , since the emails are working as pop & smtp , i am configuring MS Outlook for the users to use the emails , for that i want to secure my domain controller network and configure local server that would retrieve all users inbox from the hosting and disrepute the emails to local users through pointing the outlook to that local server . in other words , the outlook in my network will be pointed to local server that is pointed to the hosting dedicated ip , retreive the emails from hosting into that local server , and for those users who are within my network , i want to point the outlook to that local server to get the emails for each users . my local network contains : domain controller , sonic firewall , GFI web-monitor and 3Com switches . note : please only expert and advanced users can apply for this task . thanks & regards .
