Restore ERPNext backup to Digital Ocean server

Hi, I am a linux expert, and have had to regain access to countless services for clients (even using a credit card to get into an office because keys were left inside - I was in charge of office keys). Furthermore, I'd like to get a bit of insight to ERPNext, as I may want to use it for my own purposes. I am able to complete this today assuming we have access to the terminal somehow - as long this is your digital ocean instance. let me know if you have any questions
