Need a map demo built

Need to build a demo showing various fixed points on a map. Map should display only the area which contains all of the markers. Meaning, do not want to see large areas of map where markers do not exist. Map should not refresh repeatedly since the markers are fixed. Only those markers should change colors based on its status. Each marker, a fixed location, would change colors based on its status from green to red for example. The demo must not use shortcuts but actual code which would be used later to build this into a real solution. You will work with a developer who will explain anything you need to know. The developer can help you with marker locations and other information as you need it. There could be between 100 and 1000 fake markers to show how things would work. We will pick an area and generate random locations for the markers. The demo must be real time meaning that this is going to be used to show how an application would work. If you do a good job, we will probably want tp continue hiring you for ongoing work on this type. Again, you must NOT take shortcuts and know exactly what you are doing. Too many people on this site do the task in bad ways to get paid then later it's a big mess. All projects are paid in two milestones. Milestone one is when we have something working. Milestone two is when we have everything debugged and all agree that there are no problems.
