Mikrotik Hotspot issue - Expert required

I require some expert guidance to help me work out why my hotspot set up is not working.
I am using Datatill as the management package (manual at [login to view URL])
Although datatill does offer support, they are closed for the weekend and so I'm keen to get this working ASAP.
The issue is that when clients log on to wifi, they are directed to a login page, but this page does not load.
I believe that this issue is related to DNS.
RADIUS is working with replies
DNS running on separate server.
Walled garden entries do not take any hits (two entries in there, one for DNS server, the other for Datatil server).
If I add '*' to walled garden, client can browse internet freely.
I did have this working earlier today, but I noticed that router was not accurately counting client traffic.
Upgraded firmware and packages to latest, but lost working configuration.
This task is not for those that 'think they might be able to work it out'
I seek a seasoned expert who could do this with two arms missing.
Task to commence immediately. Expected resolution time is less than one hour.
I ask that you do this with teamviewer so that I may also watch and learn.
