The individual needs to have in depth knowledge of linux traffic control (tc command). What we are trying to achieve with traffic control, 1. Create a fixed HTB bucket which is limited to X Mbps 2. Be able to limit all traffic from specific users to X Mbps 3. Be able to limit traffic for services like HTTP/SSH/Passive FTP 4. Be able to tag all traffic for user flowing through a reverse proxy so it gets limited as listed in point 2. 5. Generally be in a position to limit all network traffic as required. We need the individual to teach us the aspects listed above in the live session.
