My name is Abeer Bibi, I am from Palestine.I am working as an Automation Engineer at Palestinian Control And Supervision company(PCS) - Siemens official solution partner. This position involves managing and implementing Automation Projects (Factory automation and SCADA infrastructure) passing through all the following phases: •Marketing including client visit and price quotation • Functional Analysis with the client • Programming of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems • Electrical drawings design, assembly and verification • FAT tests • Commissioning and SAT tests During my work, I have acquired the following technical experience: • PLC (Siemens S7-1500, S7-1200, ET-200SP) • HMI (Siemens Basic and Comfort panels) • SCADA (Siemens WinCC professional V14 and WinCC V7.4) • RTUs (S7-1200 with GSM/GPRS communication and Telecontrol) • Servo-motors (Siemens SIMOTION Scout with SIMOTION D controllers) • MES (Manufacturing Execution System based on SQL and WinCC) • SQL Database • VFDs also have experience in the Automation and also in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) with SQL connectivity.I have several certificates by SIEMENS such as SIEMENS WinCC Advanced courses which were held by SIEMENS themselves in Israel. In addition, I have many certificates for different programming languages, such as C++ and Python, SQL.

Most likely you will get someone closer than me. From what I can see Exor is based in Italy which is a lot closer to you than Australia. But in the case you want another opinion or someone to bounce ideas off let me know. I have used Lenze servodrives and PLCs in the past and they were also programmed using the CODESYS system. From my experience the CODESYS system is very innovative and allows smaller companies to develop PLC/HMI systems with a much quicker development path. That said in the past the CODESYS system has not always been easy to use. Have you made contact directly with CODESYS or with EXOR? If you want simply describe what you are up to and what you are trying to do. Maybe I can simply help from basic principles. How necessary is this custom image? I have just reworked a system with Siemens HMI and threw out the customized images as they simply cased more problems than they were worth. Have you been able to get the functionality you actually need by other means. The project I just rescued got into trouble because they concentrated on fancy images and other stuff rather than simply making the system work. Basic engineering principle - first make it work then make it pretty. If you need help let me know.
