Build an OpenWRT/DDWRT firmware for TL-WR840N/841N with Coova Chilli and SNMP

We need someone to perform the below. -Provide an OpenWRT/DDWRT firmware for TL-WR840N (hardware v5) TL-WR841N (v13) that could operate the typical LAN/WLAN functions on the router and also running Coova Chilli and SNMP (or mini) packages. -Configure Chilli Coova with a captive portal login page that is able to support a Javascript code from OpenX advertisement system to display third party banner ads and when the ads are clicked/tapped, the user will be able to visit the advertisers' website, prior to logging via captive portal. Coding for login page is not part of this scope of work. -Able to configure Coova Chilli in such a way that when Radius server issues a timeout to a user, the user surfing on a browser will be redirected to captive portal login page again, regardless of what website the user is currently at and whether they enter the website by clicking a link on the site or entering the URL on the browser address bar. Example, if I'm browsing [login to view URL] and then timeout occurs without me knowing, so when I click on the next news on CNN, I will be redirected to the login page. Or if I enter a new website say [login to view URL] on the browser address field, I will be brought to the login page. NOTE: From our experience, only some websites will redirect us to login page while some will not. We want to ensure all websites will. -Able to display the captive portal login page (or popup) when a user is using an app on Android or iOS
