Hello, The problem seems to be that it is not detecting the ntwork interface on the OS level. I would suggest you do the preliminary test by running the command as # nmcli dev status and check if it shows the network device is visible or not if it is , then check the status of the device is it unavailable or is disabled etc. try using few more commands and check the network files if its configuration is set or not.
