We have registered a trademark in EU for classes 9, 35, 41, and 42. The trademark is a text mark, called : FreeXXXXX. Now, we have received a Cease and Desist Letter from FREE SAS, a French telecom company, that is in the telecom industry. This company has registered several French trademarks related to "Free". Now they send us this letter asking us to limit our application in classes 9, 35, 41, and 42. Also, they ask us to cease the use of our FreeXXXXX.
