Hi I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the real estate buyers agent company The Savvy Fox Property Group. You may please note the of the company as below. COMPANY: The Savvy Fox Property Group NAME: Jacqueline Dwyer ADDRESS: 17/36 Duringan Street, Currumbin, QLD 4223 EMAIL: jacqueline@[login to view URL] PHONE: 0412 332 156 ABN: 80 941 123 460 I had engaged the services of Jacqueline Dwyer from the savvy fox property group to purchase real estate in Qld. I had clearly specified the my specifications phone and several times over email and also in the attached contract.(See attachments) The contracts to engage the services were exchanged on 19th December. However,after exchanging the contracts the buyers agent was simply not providing the services as per the specifications in the contract,email and [login to view URL] insisted that I change my requirement.I had expressed my concern to the agent on the lack of communication,professional service and commitment as per agreed criteria. Hence,I insisted that the agent deliver the service as agreed or either terminate the contract & return me the full deposit money sum of 1650 AUD. However,the agent forcefully terminated the contract on January 14th without mutual agreement and refunding me complete deposit. I please request you to have a look at the attached evidence and contract. I am unemployed at the moment and going through hard times. I simply can't afford to loose my hard earned money in systematic theft. Thanks and Regards, Manish
