Hello, As per examiner, all the claims are distinct from each other and has asked you to file separate patent for each of the claims. Those patent applications will be divisional one. This is known as restriction election requirement. "If two or more independent and distinct inventions are claimed in a single application, the examiner in an Office action will require the applicant in the reply to that action to elect an invention to which the claims will be restricted, this official action being called a requirement for restriction" I can help you in this by drafting a response for the office action you have received. It appears that you have received a restriction requirement. I will prepare and file an election, with traverse. The traverse may include amending claims in order to have claims become a part of the elected group. The present quote includes preparation and filing of an election. If the application has published, all we should need is an application number.

I would need to read the patent carefully and look at the specification to see what is possible for claim modification. I presume the Applicant is looking to minimize filing divisionals and is looking to save money by collecting the claims under 1 rubric. This is the objective I will be trying to achieve by careful examination of the submitted application.
