I received from the Unite States Trademark Office notification that my trademark is approved for publication in the Official Gazette. Publication of the mark occur on May 1, 2018. But the day 05/30/2018, An order has issued with respect to an extension of time to oppose filed in this application. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) has issued an order granting the extensión. My app is a social chat network to meet new people, chatting and doing Livestreams, it's entertainment. The other, is a collaboration software platform for online teams, offering collaborative tools such as online chat, Videotelephony, task management, file sharing, and real-time document collaboration. They are not related. My name is composed of two words together, and the other name too. Only the first word is the same, which is a very common word used. And the second word are not the same. My second word perfectly reflects the meaning of my application. And the first word too. I need someone expert to answer the trademark registration office, within the deadline.

hi i'd be glad to have a look for you, i have a law degree from australia and often work with US intellectual property law tasks, you'll need to make time to get in touch and to answer any questions, and to send the relevant documents, it might be quite hard to challenge it as i know they are inflexible, but i'd be happy to have a close look
