As a front row player of the company, the main objective of my job is to screen carefully all the clients according to the qualifications needed by the company. We are given a script (with a series of qualifying questions) were we have to follow accordingly to assess the current financial status of the client. Based on this, I will decide whether he/she qualifies as a lead and will set an appointment for a follow up call from one of our account opener which is done by people in the sales office. Our target market is Australia and UK at the time, and with almost 70 tele-qualifiers from different nationality where ¾ are westerners; I can proudly say that I’m one of the top earners.

My day to day responsibility is to handle phone calls professionally, make sure to reach the target of 250 dials, 4 fronts a day and 1 deal a week. We were given 5 sheets of data, and most of the time I exceeded that. It is also our job to write a proper assessment in every lead we make sure that the broker understands the past and present investment history of the client.

After that, I got promoted to the main office, where I’m responsible for all the emails of 12 different websites. Handling correspondences and basically making sure that all internal communications, emails and calls from all offices are working properly.
